If money is transferred, the helpline can freeze the scammer’s bank account within minutes through the “Citizen Financial Cyber Fraud Reporting System.

2. File a Complaint on the Cyber Crime Portal
You can file complaints for:
UPI fraud

Job frauds

3. File an FIR at Your Nearest Police Station
In Kerala, you can file a cyber-related FIR in any police station, not just the Cyber Cell.

If the police refuse to accept your complaint, you can Send a written complaint to the District Police Chief. If the SP also refuses to register an FIR, you can file a complaint directly before the Magistrate.
